New Scientist research reported that hypnotherapy is ten times better than willpower and six time better than nicotine replacement therapy.

There are 40,000 smokers in Brighton & Hove alone and a third of them will try to stop smoking in the next 12 months.  If you are reading this, then you don't need me to tell you reasons to stop smoking, everyone has their own reason. Or to tell you the advantages of stopping smoking – more money, more energy, a better sense of smell and taste, and a longer, healthier life.
